im kinda new to this and playing bloodbowl, i play on fumbbl but i havent played in real life well not for a while , any tips for a good starting team and how much its gonna cost me including paints etc

If you play on fummbl then you should know the way that most teams play and just pick one that you like the look of. Even if you find them awkward to use at first - change your playing style to adapt and see if you get any changes in results.
Paints can set you back quite a bit but if you root around on e-bay, you may get the full paint set for as little as a £50 if your lucky. :wink:

You can probably get a plastic Orc or Human team from the box for a couple of quid on eBay too... :)

well yea your proberly right, the worst thing is my local GW dont do bloodbowl so it looks like im gonna have to go with ebay, i wanna jump straight into the bigtime and try some tournies gonna scout the internet for leagues and tournies in my area, thanks for the tips

i have had bad experiences with mailorder, not my favourate choice. i just found out there is a league in a town near me so i might pop in

Remember that in the UK at least you can order (and pay) for GW Mail Orders in your local GW shop. If you have experience where they lose or mispick your order and you ordered through the shop, the shop will be the ones to track it down for you. Also, any order over £25 has free shipping to the store.

If GW doesn't appeal to you, try Phil's Phigs, Heresy Miniatures or Shadowforge Miniatures. They all have fantasy football miniatures available.
