Miniature ordering

So...

Ordered online from Heresy and Cool Mini or Not on October 28. The Heresy order couldn't ship until Oct. 31, because one mini I selected was being released that day.

Oh, and I also went to my local GW store and special ordered a few minis on October 30.

The Heresy order arrived today... November 8. Still waiting on the others.

Once again, Heresy comes through with fast service to compliment Andy's fantastic sculpts.

I'll throw in my 2 cents... but on Reaper.

I got a blister pack with a head missing, and they were very helpful and sent me a new blister with a sprue of heads. Now that's taking care of business.

Just do it already and let us know what happens. They're a big company and someone has already said that their customer service was exemplary. Do we need to make all your decisions for you? You're wasting our time asking the same question over and over.

Order from a big, online retailer if you don't know about the mother company. That's what they do. Just stay away from New Wave.

Don't be cheeky.

Your question has been answered two or three times. We all have ordered from a lot of the retailers that have the minis you've asked about. We've told you who we like to get our minis through. The rest you ought to be able to determine from other's inputs. Grasshopper's comes immediately to mind about this specific question.

Asking a question is okay. Checking back every five minutes and asking it again isn't.

If you are referring to the company that I order all my stuff from ... Rob ... I'm going to have to drive over and take care of ya my friend. Or at a minimum find out what happened to you and see if I can get it resolved.
