Yes, another draw . A fun match, I kinda misjudged a bit and the dice were not that kind butI think it was probably right to be a draw as I should've been braver...
So pts from that match:
Darknova 6 pts (5 for draw, 1 for TB)
Dwarfcoach 9pts (5 for draw, 1 for TD and 3 for casualties)
Only two matches left to finish...

Under current LRB rules the Apo returns the player (prone) to the field.
[Edit] Ith posted while I was typing.
I think the LPL PBeM league uses that Apo rule, but I can't think of any others that do.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
To all my opponents! If you lose then you do not deserve anything. PowerTurtle just pointed out that I am playing with a TR 100 team. So the chances for you are better!
So for you are not using it and I am making meatballs out of the lot of you! (Except PowerTurtle, haven't seen the file yet!)
So beware. Draco is charging the fields as an underdog, but waving Ithilkirs CLAYMORE!!!!!
(no need to start over, just continue. I like a challenge!)
On the apo question, I'd always assumed that you put the player back on the pitch from the reserves and made im/her/it prone. Am I wrong about this? Is he meant to stay off?
Play by the PBEM tool rules if there's a difference, just makes things easier.

All is doom and gloom in the Green Flash dugout as the halflings tackle one player to the ground to stop what would probably have been the winning touchdown (barring a 1 turn tree effort) and then, another goblin, again with the ball, fails his pair of dodges against the pesky orks, robbing him of a well earned touchdown to bring the team back into the game...
It's confirmed, Duke Jan's halflings have held me to a draw: 1-1, 2 cas to me, 0 to the Duke...
According to Darkson it’s not a general pbem rule but a LPL rule (Never heard of it) And I don’t see the problem because if you want to place your player in the square which could be occupied by a healed player or if your are making a important move where a healed player can make some difference. You can always send the file and ask if he or she wants do use the apo.
So if this is a general pbem rule which most players use, then I’m fine with that.
But if it’s house ruled in some league then its debatable.

Isn?t there a rule about Halfling Players drowning in pouring rain ??

This is the usual PBEM rule. If you don't move over the square you just play on, mark the spot with an X before you safe and send the game to your opponent.
