Help me find the Circus minis please

Post by GalakStarscraper »

Okay ... there is a company that makes these freaky circus miniatures. One of them is a 2 headed bare skinned freak that I wanted to get a couple of to convert for a Border Prince blitzer ... but for the life of me I cannot remember who creates the line.

If I remember right ... its a company that also has a line of Dinosaur warriors ... the T-Rex one has been discussed as a possible real nice conversion for a Kroxigor.

If this all rings a bell for anyone ... could you remind me of the name of the website ... thanks.

Not sure if it's the one you were thinking of, but brought Hundred Kingdoms to mind for me.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

If somebody opens this thread hoping for real circus-performer type minis, Brigade Games has some, one group based on an actual English family circus and another based on an American circus. Freaks, jugglers, stiltwalkers, all that type of thing. A Cody's Wild West show set is supposedly to come as well.

West Wind (Gothic Horror/Vampire Wars) also has some nice Circus minis. Also, an older-generic (use-any-minis-game) rules-set called Way of War produced a comical "Circus Army". I've seen it in bargain bins but can't for the life of me remember the company's name.

If you're looking for 100 Kingdoms minis, be sure to check out http://minimadd.com/100kingdoms/100k.htm. It's from the webstore of one of the main guys in my league out here, and he's also the guy from whom you can get good deals on Vallejo paints on eBay -- sorry, but I just had to throw in the plug! ;)

Wow!!!!!!

With the Simian Empire I could actually make my "Planet of the Apes" team. Javelin thrower would be easy to convert.

Giant Gor looks great, but $18???? He must me huge compared to the others.

Great site.
