Or in XP just right-click it, and select re-size.

XP is an operating system, so if it would just allow me to log on to a network rather than resize pictures, for which perfect freeware is available, in the stripped down version...... :roll:

As he didn't say what OS system he had, I was just letting him know of that option, just in case.

No need to download a program to do something your OS can do perfectly well already.
