Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!
A forum for football mini's talk.......painting, converting etc. etc. or showing off great accessories that make playing the game easier, cooler or more fun.

Hehe anyway back on topic i find the best advice i can give a new painter ( including myself!!) is to paint neatly and not go for the jugular straight away. If you paint your entire team in the basic neat colours by the time you get to that stage you will find you are a hell of a lot better than you started and then you can get onto the finer detail, drybrushing, washing highlighting etc, but dont take on too much at once
Also i suffer from this, but try not to paint the exciting players first, by the time you will have to do 12 linos or whatever you will start to lose interest. Trust me it happens to me all the time!
