What to use as hobgoblins?

Post by slup »

I was thinking of making a Chaos Dwarfs with Deathrollers as Bull Centaurs and both chainsaws, Barik Farblast and the new bombadier as blockers (+ a couple of longbears).
But i do not know what to use as hobgoblins.
Maybe halflings or norse?
Does someone have an idea?

Try the Knoblars?

Thanks for the info.

@ Knoblars and ungors - i will be using regular dwarves as chaos dwarves. I am trying to build a team of secret weapon dwarves using CD stats. We do not have houserules regarding SW, but i just thought it would look cool.
But as far as i know ordinary dwarves and knoblars or ungors don't mix very well (in WFB). I am looking for something to support my dwarves and play with hobgoblin stats.

Humans could work, but a bit too much armour for AV7.

Thralls from the vampire team, or some other poorly equipped humans.
