WIP: Ogre Preview

Post by Tim »

Preview of my upcoming Ogre team ... only conversions and a colortest, not painted yet ...

The flying Gobbo was done before by Anthony, i nicked his idea ;) Some of the Ogre conversions (Leaping, Elbow drop) are the result of too many 3-point-stance-legs which can be really boring ...

What did you use for your gobbos (other than the standard one that comes with the thrower)?

:D :D looking nice tim !

is the colour scheme blue and black??

and why do some of them have shoulderpads and others dont?? :-?
same as with the gobs.. some have pads and others... or I can't see them on the pic, also possible.

you greenstuffed the ball in the hand of that flying one? looks realy good in the primer, most of the time you see little flaws very good when only primered.

I like the trippping ogre, but think he looks not enought tripping...

okay I'll explain more in around 50 minutes, first I have a class now,

TO BE CONTINUED

CONTINUE:
I like the trippping ogre, but think he looks not enought tripping...
it just seems to walk up in the air.. :-?
maybe if you'd bend the right leg, the one in the air a bit down it would look better I think.
and adding a bannana would be realy cool, just like the flowerboy !!

I realy like the ogre throwing the spiky ball and the charging ogre, can you post more pics of the leg conversion on the front or back?? and tell how you did, I'm curious how you did it ! :P

The goblins are realy cool !! only goblin nr1 isn't great... looks a bit silent not as happy to play as the rest !

I'm looking forward seeing this team painted :) :D

Nice work Tim !!

I thought the "tripping one" was doing a WWF move - "peoples elbow" style!

Yeah, the one that I'm assuming is being referred to as the "tripping one" -- the one that says "elbow drop" under the pic up above -- isn't actually tripping, but rather is deliberately performing a professional wrestling move: imagine an opponent lying prone underneath his elbow!
