Actual official Rules?!?

Hi,
I actually wanted to know what rules are the actual and official ones!?!

Is the living Rulebook the official one?

And where do i get rules for Vampire Teams or Brettorians i.e.
Are they official at all?

has anyone a link for me, where to download the newest rules pack if it isn't LRB3.0?

Ok, the LRB is the official rulebook. The current version is 4.0, although its not availible (yet). Instead you have to take 3.0 and the Rulesreview 2004 (availible on Bloodbowl.com under new official rules). In the Review 2004 the Vampires are included as an official team. There is no version of a Bretonian team that is official or currently in playtest, so I wouldnt hold my breath.

The Vault is another set of rules that is currently in playtest and will go official in 2007 (if Memory serves right, might also be 2006). Dont confuse the two rulesets!

LRB 3.0 plus the 2004 Rules Review is the current official rules. The rules review contains the rules for Ogre & Vampire teams.

Brettonian teams aren't official or even "experimental".
