H'thark or Grashnak

Post by sven »

hello all,

nice to speak to you all again, i hope you had a nice christmas and new year and it's nice to see that not to much has changed here.

anyway lets get back to business, i have a game coming up against some rookie ogres and im playing with my rookie chaos dwarfs. i am not particually worried about losing this game as they are yet to win and only one of his seven ogres has block, but our league allows star players and i am itching to use one of the above, so what do you think ? i am leaning towards thark but really cant make my mind up, what do you think.

phil

H'thark for sure.
St6 with Break tackle and his moving range is a real nightmare for every team.
You have the movement so that hardly a player would escape and with Break Tackle you will even be able to dodge into a cage to blitz the ball carrier.

Block is the key. H'thark has it, Gnashrak doesn't. H'thark will be safe to block with, Gnashrak will make you doubt every time you'll want to roll those two 2db. And obviously your opponent won't have too much trouble bringing G down before fouling him off the pitch for the rest of the game.
Oh, and did I speak about the difference of mobility between the two?

...So what are you waiting for?
:P

hello all,

thanks for your help guys, i will go with T'thark as i have a BC with break tackle and +ag and another with break tackle and stand firm, so can use him for safely hitting the ogres, or getting into a cage and poping the ball free for my +ag one to pick up. thanks again, speak to you all soon.

Thark will rule against ogres :)

He's utterly broken, one of the best stars for sure.

missed the boat but - Bull is one of the best stars you can get. Griff, luthor and Htark all dominant games. If you want to win 4legs best ;)
