Hi Draco,
there is a pretty good plastic halfling in the Talisman box.
I can scan it if you want.
Cheers
Martin

Thanks, but I'll have a look at the GW box first. Happens to be a store in my home town and I've got to go there anyway.

If they don't have what I'm looking for I might ask you to send me that file after all! :D

You can't order individual LOTR parts separately from GW because of the terms of their licence. So it would be the whole box set or nothing, making it a pricey 'fling.

Then I suggest you go to GW, and check the "battle for the shire" thingie out. AFAIK, the rest of the flings are in metal...
Yes indeed, LotR, section "Scouring of the Shire"

AFAIK, the models from that miniature range are ALL in metal and are sold in Blisters (3/4models per Blister)

In case no one's thrown it out there... if you can find some of the OOOOOOLD 40K plastic ratlings, they might be worth a shot. I might convert my old squats to a new dorf team.

I thought the OOOOOOLD 40k Ratlings were metal?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Went to GW today. the guy there said that most likely this summer some new Halfling leagues might hit the sail shops, but he also added quickly that this is GW we're dealing with so its better for me to drop in from time to time, and so I will do so.

The LOTR packages were all metal, so not suitable (to heavy for my plans).

I'll have to be patient I guess!

Cheers, Draco
