Exactly. An AG 3 player throwing a quick pass to another AG 3 player needs a 3+ to be accurate and a 3+ to catch.you don't have to have an AG5 gob to have TTM as a too reliable option
Throwing a long pass with said AG 3 player needs a 5+ to be accurate and a 3+ to catch.
Throwing a goblin long range with the fumble on a natural 1 needs a 2+ to get him in the air and a 4+ to land.
I'd take the TTM anyday with that.
If you use the natural 1 houserule, I'd have something in there like you could take penalties on landing based on range and accuracy. So if you get thrown longrange, you take a -1 to land and if you're inaccurate you take another -1. That might make TTM a little easier to swallow.
