OTS are annoying and evil. But IMO if a Wood Elf team, or a Skaven team or any team for that matter can get 1 that's all they need. This little annoyance is not to rack up all the SPP or to get 9 TD's in one game. He is there for what a Skaven player I played once used him for. To score on turn 8 second half to tie the game at 3-3. I ended up winning that game 4-3 in over time but he was able to get there by the OTS. So any team that can get one is lucky. Even if the OTS takes a couple of pushes to get him over the line its good to have one so in case of that turn 8 where you going to lose 2-1 you can force and OT.
When the OTS gets abused and he continues to be used he should be killed asap.
7 - 7 !!!! what to do against One Turn Scorers??

Play Nurgle's Rotters with Pass Block on every Rotter and The Beast. That thwarts just about every passing game as well as pick Foul Appearance for the rest of the crew as first skill...
I love my Block/Break Tackle/Pass Block Nurgle Beast...
