Belpins need some advices
I'll use this team for a few matchs in a small cup and need to be sure it's balanced ... at halfling level at would like.
Belpins :
0-12 Belpins 6 2 3 6 Dodge Stunty Jump Up A 40K
0-4 Sprinters 8 2 3 6 Dodge Stunty Jump Up G+A 60K
0-2 Gardians 6 3 3 7 Leap Jump Up Big Guy Dauntless G+A 70k
Rerolls for 60k
2 big guys max
Apo yes
Special Rule : one of the Belpins can becomes a Bomber for +20K
What do you think of it ?

Ok, some hairy halfling (by hairy I mean huu not only on the head and on the feet, everywhere) with big ears living next to the Empire and eating french carrots

Oh and like Halflings they are living peacefully in some kind of holes, my team will be the "Bag End Wanderers"
That's a funny roster, some pics for Javabowl :

You ask whether it's balanced, and if I understood corectly, if it's balanced at halfling level.
Personally I think this team would kick halfling ass! In a small cup skill advancement doesn't matter much, but general access is a huge step up for a stunty team.
The sprinters are too fast I think, especially combined with jump-up. Against flings I would use the guardians to knock over the trees and use the cheap belpins to foul them out. After that the speed of the belpin team should make it a piece of cake.
So, to make them balanced, I would start by taking away general access and toning down the speed. Put belpins on MA 5 (like flings) and sprinters at MA8 without jump-up.

I am not familiar with the fluff involved but i don't see where a bomber fits in.
The Guardians need a negatrait. I think they are extremely powerful for a price of 70k. Especially when they can become blodgers in two normal advances. Add that to Leap, Jump Up and Dauntless...eeek.
How about Really Hairy: Guardians refuse to cut their hair as it is seen as a sign of weakness. The Belpins are way too scared to try and cut it for them. As a result the hair has grown down around their eyes.
I would use that just like REally Stupid. The more Belpins around him to hold the hair back from his eyes increase the chances of him performing an action. A failed roll means the Guardian stands there trying to move his hair out of the way enough for him to see

Well that's not exactly what I asked, not to be balanced with the halflings, but at the same level, or not far, compared to other team.
Even if they are maybe stronger than halflings in face to face matchs, I'm not sure they are as dangerous vs other rosters.
No Str 5 Mighty Blow to kill all thoses Str 3, no flying stunty ... they are quick but that's all.
Concerning the Guardians they have a nega trait, they can't use rerolls, that's bad ... and leap on Ag 3 is near nothing.
