How about overusing zombies to maxmimise MVPs?
Zombies are rather hard to rack up SPPs for since they are pretty much crap at anything but taking hits so MVPs are probably the best way to get those lovely block zombies. So instead of buying more Ghouls as soon as possible have I started to buy more zombies than needed. That way am I having a better chance to get those MVPs where they are most needed, then I just watch the zombies die or retire to assistant coaches (with a netloss of 20 000k) unless they get some SPPs. Handy or just wasteful?

Blood Bowl game - $60
Cost of a Human Team - $40
The look on your opponents face as his one-turn scorer gets taken down by a thrown rock from the fans – Priceless.

Given the choice i'd rather have a skilled up Ghoul/wight than a Zombie. As you said there only fodder, The strength of Undead are in there positional players not MA4 Zombies. Plus as Gus said My first skill would be at least Two Dirty players, Then maybe kick. Save the Blocking 4 Mummies and Blitzing for Wights.

if you got time on your hands and want to build your linemen up before your positionals...start with an all zombie team.....with lot's of rr's
then buy positionals...your mvps' will fall on zombies
then buy positionals...your mvps' will fall on zombies

The positionals really doesn't need any MVPs, they'll skill up anyway...Gus wrote: apart from that, i think that a skilled ghoul/wight is much more valuable than a skilled zombie.

I play on fumbbl and get so many games that I really doesn't have to worry about getting skills on positionals, they get the SPPs anyway and when above 31SPPs am I more worried about ageing than intrested in new skills...Gus wrote:they don't need it, but if they have it, they gain another skill faster. and once again, i'd much rather have a 2-skill wight/ghoul than a 1-skill (dirty player ^^) zombie.
