Fanatic pic of the day

Color scheme is much better IMO.

And action pics in the new Human playbook article. :D

That catcher looks like one of the shadowforge figs from behind.

the blitzes are .. I think .. third row last two figs and 2nd row the last one ..

thus 3 blitzers, not four
Hmm, could 2nd from the right on the top row be a blitzer also? - He seems to have the same chest plate as the other three, and different from the linemen... he also seems to be moving forward...

He also has a "Blitzer" helmet. Yep, I think he is in fact a 4th Blitzer.

The description on the French website is clearer: http://fr.games-workshop.com/storefront ... nav=300808

Coureur=Blitzer (4 models)
Lanceur=Thrower (2 models)
Receveur=Catcher (4 models)
Trois-Quart=Lineman (6 models)

And the balls are in metal ! :wink:

I've said it before in this thread.

There are 4 blitzers & 6 linemen in the boxed set!

Bunch of incompetent muppeters. :evil: How many lost sales because of that stupid typo?

also 1st row, 3rd fig... look at the style of helmet and chest pads...

the other lineman figs have a narrow strip on the lid and traditional football pads... the blitzers have the sweeping point on the front of their lid and have a spiked vest it seems for the chest...

The Human Playbook is very good, but it should really be changed to include the new "Big Guys don't get general skills" rule.

The problem with that is the amount of time it takes to get an article published.

Any news on the team bieng available at the BloodBowl?

From the Specialist Games blog:

"For those of you not aware the Blood Bowl is being held here at Warhammer World this weekend .... We'll be holding an informal seminar and showing a very early sneak peak at the new Dwarfs. The new Blood Bowl human team will be available to buy for the first time as well."
