Well... I've been playing my orc team for nearly three seasons now and made some experience against slow and fast teams.

Howeever... To my mind the key is defence.
Of course it's more fun to score TD after TD, but Orcs aren't fast or nimble. They aren't able to throw long passes or to dodge several times or to run as fast as hell.
But Orcs are tough. So I bought a Gobbo as wide receiver (fortunately he got MA 7 early) and made two Blitzers good Running Backs (Both AG 4 :D ), but gave them Tackle and other defensive skills as well.
Most Linemen and Blackorcs got Block, Tackle or Guard.

When kicking off, I use a deep defensive line up and try to catch the opponent's Catchers as soon as possible. Afterwards I try to secure the ball and either throw it to one of the receivers (Gobbo / MA4-Blitzers) or do the Cage-tactics...

Your team building is fundamentally flawed. Blitzers and black orcs are the stars of the orc game. A black orc can tie up two opponents at the same time and the Mv6 blitzers are desperatly needed. 4 BOs, 4 Blitzers, 1 Thrower and 2 linemen are generally the best way to start an orc team. That way are you able to bash with so much power that you can make up for the fact that your fastest player is Mv6.

Blood Bowl game - $60
Cost of a Human Team - $40
The look on your opponents face as his one-turn scorer gets taken down by a thrown rock from the fans – Priceless.
