Discuss Fantasy football-style board games - GW's Blood Bowl, Impact!'s Elfball, Privateer Press' Grind, Heresy's Deathball, etc. THIS IS NOT AN NFL FANTASY FOOTBALL SITE!

But you lose the possibility to use TTM.
It can save the game... sometimes !
Maybe swap a BOB for a blitzer. Depending on if you think you'll run up against a lot of flair teams. I like gobbos - I always find them really useful, but if you take one you need at least 12 players since they die easily.
Having the troll & gobbos leaves you a chance at a TTM - but it really is a desperate play for an unskilled team.
The Orc team, unlike many other teams, can play quite differently based on team selection. So you need to remember that there is no best Orc team setup. Absents will work well - as would mine - if you understand the team and how to play. Play the one that suits you best.
yeah, i say it over and over, but orcs are one of the only rosters that you can make several different ways, and each way is good in it's own right. I luv orcs, i only get to play them in tourneys though
Thanks for all the feedback, seems that I have some thinking to do about my roster. I am not sure that I have ever used the gobbo as I should, its not before now I start to use the TTM, very need indeed. I can only agree that with one gobbo I need 12 players on my team.
This will be my second tournament and based on the first I played, then I did not see anybody picking kick as a skill, so I thought that I could swap a thrower and a FF for a bob, duing this allows me a great def and a hard kicking team in offence.
But I will for sure take all your comments into consideration.
Cheers
