Does anybody has houseruled the winnings table?

In our league (LRB 4.0) we have houseruled a -2 winnings modifier above TR200 to keep the higher teams in check.

Lately I'm thinking of changing the winnings roll from 1D6 to either 2D3 or 2D6:2 in order to get a more average winnings rolls. (It's too frustrating to see rookie teams roll 1 for winnings etc and it's now what it meant to be IMHO)

Have you houseruled/modified the winnings table/roll and if yes how?

I know Thadrin has a TR-match up for winnings.

We have ruled out spiraling expenses/negative winnings as some of our coaches didn't liked the idea.
