The subject says it all. Well, the subject and this:
http://www.shep.ca/blood/bloodbowl.html
My team is RATT and the Metalheads.
I have a GR that aged into a niggle last game, giving me two full-on Gutters and a niggled Gutter. No Rat Ogre.
My NEXT game is against the Elf Bar Patrons, who are nicey-nice sort of fellows that I'm not too worried about in terms of injuries, but one never knows. Then I have a week off, and THEN I face the Uckland Smashers, a group of five (possibly six by that time) ogres with multi-block and a nasty ability to never roll bonehead. Don't let the online roster fool you -- I need to get his post-game sheet to update it, and he's probably around 125 TR right now. He'll have had two games by the time I play him next, so I'm expecting at least one more ogre and more multi-block, guard and BT across the board.
His team freaks me out. First game against him was a death and a -AV drop for my players, and he's getting more skills.
So while the gutter would be useful vs. the Elf Bar Patrons in the short term, I'm wondering if the hitting power of the RO would be more useful in the long term.
The league:
Skaven (me)
Wood Elf
High Elf
Necromantic (currently without WWs, considering rebooting)
Ogre
The RO would be a handy heavy hitter vs. the elf teams and might provide a bit of respite against the ogres. On the other hand, the gutter runners are, well, gutter runners and I could purchase one before the next game to buffer against the Elf Bar Patrons.
Skaven with 100K ... 4th gutter? ROgre? Dunno.
