So for double 6s I'd assume the strength up would be reccomended.
Double 5s I think Block would be way better than an extra point of move (the krox is already a fast big guy)
Double 4s and below, Block. Totally.

For the sake of argument, I have a suspicion that Tackle could work well on a Kroxigor. Depends how you use your krox I suppose, but I tend to use them as walking punchbags, able to tie a couple of players up in their tackle zone. This is especially true of the krox with his Prehensile Tail. Block is still probably the best option, but Tackle also has its uses. Would be fun in tourneys to annoy all those Amazons!
