You could always take the best parts of the suggestion (MA 7 catchers and the bear, for example) and make some compromise, for example like this:

0-12 Linemen - same as LRB 4
0-2 Throwers - same as LRB 4
0-2 Catcher - 7 3 3 7, Catch, 70k (notice the lack of Block)
0-4 Berserker - same as LRB 4
0-1 Werebear - same as in the suggestion

strength of the team should be the blitzers, the ulfwerner takes away from that. ulfwerner should be a complimentary player, not the new "queen"

Thinking about it I'm sure that the roster would be fine if it had either Ulfwerener or Werebear but not both (with Blitzers/Berserkers back to 0-4).

Also would it be silly to have an Ulfwerener that is some sort of giant type of Werewolf? So that Ulfwerener is to Werewolf what Ogre is to Human, or Rat Ogre is to Skaven.
