Post by racing_max »

yesterday i played my second game with my new nurgle team

so far it looks like this:

8 beastman
1 beastman with claws
1 rotter
1 beast of nurgle

2 re-rolls
9 FF

110000 gp

i got lucky to trow a double with my first skill
but what now??
what are the best skills i can give my players now?
and what to do with my gold? a new rotter maybe??

For sure you need more rotters.. I'm suprised you went with only 2 rr's. The first skill... block. Block will save you some rerolls. At some point in time you will want sure hands on a beastman or big hand should you be that lucky roll doubles again. Dauntless on a beastman could be interesting. Would make him a d2 block on anyone he blitz's.

Block... Claws if you roll doubles. Gaurd is something to consider as well.

I would have chosen Big hand that will help you to save rerolls for the pick up rolls.

I'm jealous -- 14 skills now with my first-ever Skaven team and zero doubles to date.

Block is ESSENTIAL; if there are lots of elves in your league loading up on FA across the board can devastate passing teams.
