New Blood Bowl player tactics and development tips (nurgle)

Im in this small league where im in a group of four, would like to get som pointers on how to tackle the separate teams and my progression.
Rules are the lrb4
My roster for reference.
1 Beast
2 rotters
8 Beastmen
RR:2
FF:4

Edit: Oh, the other teams are: Dwarves, elves & those pesky skavens.
