Hmm.. they are already being played at the gaming club I want something that someone is not playing:/ but I want it to be a real lousy team or so. Which teams are the real "good ones". I dont really like orcs have had too much bad luck when playing them in other games with orcs so I just pretty much hate them hehe

Most teams are pretty well balanced, but there are a few teams that are pretty lousy. These include such notables as Halflings, Goblins, Nurgle and Ogres, and maybe, maybe Vampires (though these are hotly debated).Totte wrote:Hmm.. they are already being played at the gaming club I want something that someone is not playing:/ but I want it to be a real lousy team or so. What Draco means is that from the large list of 'workable' temas, there are a few that can be really good, but can also fail miserably in the hands of someone who hasn't mastered the finer points of the team yet. Norse are a good example of this, as they are a nice 'hitting' team, but one mistake and you could end up with 2 Kills and 5 Seriously Injured players. AV7 can really hurt.
The advertised 'easy' teams are the teams that are 'forgiving', either through having AV9 (orcs and dwarves for example), or through having AV8 but enough mobility to be able to correct your mistakes (which we all make), Humans and High Elves are examples of this case. Humans and Orcs get most airing as 'beginner' teams, as they have no real weaknesses (and no great strengths).
But in the end.... take what you think is fun, and don't let the fun get spoiled by a few dead players. This is BloodBowl after all

Agree with Gorbad & Draco, build up your skills with a human team if you hate orcs but develop the basics first then move onto a more complicated team after you master 'assists' 'cages' etc otherwise you may have what appears to be a kick ass team to start with but when most are whiped out in early few games they will not seem so cool!
