Looking for Blood Bowl article

I'm looking for an article from the 1st issue of Blood Bowl magazine (I believe) that has a Specific Injury Chart (?) Anyone know what I mean, and if so, know where I can find this? It's not listed on Talk Blood Bowl. Thanks for any help.
