HE against skaven
I´ll play with my highelves against a skaven team.
My TR 185, his 146
I have 110.000 GP
9 Lineelves, 6 with block, 1 with kick,1 with strip ball
2 lionwarriors, 1 MA 9 blodge and sprint, the other leap
1 phoenixwarrior witrh accurate and dump-off
2 dragonwarriors, 1 wit st4, the other wit dogde
3 RR
I´m thinking of a wizard and a freeboooter lionwarrior
He has
7 linerats, 3 with block
3 gutter runners, 1 with MA 10 and pass, 1 with catch and NOS
1 thrower with accurate
2 storm vermin, one wit MB
and a ratogre with block.
And he has 2 RR
But a special tactic?
One lineelf for the ratogre.

So, basically you are playing down 39 TR and considering hiring a wizard and a 15th player as a freebooter?
Unless this is a tournament final that seems a bit much, and I would just get the 4th reroll.
Seems like an offense only set-up to me. Your guys have blodgers, but neither team has tacklers. Means that not counting snake eyes or otherwise extreme rolls you must win the game by playing the clock. Your team is far superior, so you should be able to force your opponent to always go for the quick score, since he surely lose a grind down. When you play a running game on your offense and go for dwarf type of 2-1 or 3-2 win you should be fine.

My Bulls have the "Thin Skull" trait. After every block they make, roll a D6. On a 1+ they get ko-ed and stay in the ko-box for the rest of the game.

If you invest in a skaven thrower, ball retrieval is sort of his job.
And using the first skill on a Blitzer - you know the Skaven positional who starts with Block- to take MB...
There is the rat ogre to consider, but apart from that you're stronger, better armoured and have more block, so you should be able to dismantle his team easily.
Mark all of his players close, he can't dodge out the way you can, especially with only 2 RR.
Then just hit until he falls apart.
Carry the ball on the St 4 Blitzer, he has three players who can get away from tehir markers to get to him, he'll need all of them to get a 1DB where you have block and he doesn't.
Also, if you take his runners out (easy-ish since they don't have block) he has no game whatsoever.

Bad, bad game, i lost 1 player ( killed ), 3 with one game break. And 6 CAS against me. His ratogre was a very bad player this time. i had no chance. I recieve the ball, block with my dragons over left and gave the ball to the leaping lion. Pass, second turn 1:0 for me. The next time i had the ball was in turn 8 of second half. He tried a TD in turn 8 of the first half, he couldn´t catch the ball in the endzone.
The 1:1 was in his 8th turn of second half. I tried a oneturner with my MA 9 lion. He failed the third GFI ( no RR left ).
