kick-off/TD question

Post by crazylegs »

Okay,

We're playing in our league the other day, and this argument comes up where another player says that the commish said that if you are due to recieve to start the 2nd half, but score on turn 8 of the 1st half then you kick off instead to start the 2nd half... I've never heard this before, but they swear it's in the living rulebook. I've searched the living rulebook a couple times over and can't find it... anybody heard of this, or are do they have it wrong?

thanks,

They're doing it wrong.

One person kicks off the first half, the other player kicks off the 2nd.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

that's pretty much what I figured... I'd never heard of it (an have been playing bloodbowl for 10+ years), I couldn't find it in the LRB, and it's completely counterintuitive: your basically penalizing a team for turning over it's opponent...
