C'mon guys, is it really worht arguing about one or two die rolls in a game that overall uses more 100 rolls???

Of course it is. It was the biggest complaint people had about the Experience progression system (Wow! Up to 16 more dice!

), and it was one of JJ's goals to reduce the number of dice rolls in the game.
So arguing wheter system x (rolling 3 dice) is better than system y (rolling 4 dice, occansionally only 2) is a fundamental function of the whole PBBL discussion.

My bad, I hadn't realized you meant sheer number of dice (though I could argue that the second d8 is largely unnecessary for the Apo roll

And no to other posters, I do not consider it an issue worth arguing about, I really don't care about the odd dice roll, or non-dice roll. I did however try to answer Magic Dave's question.
