I'd personally use him to create as much pain as possible!
Either
Break tackle, get him right in the middle of things
Claw, nurgle have high AV
or my personal favourit Tackle, if you have lots of elf opponents i find it invaluable for making them 'play dead'
Chaos Warrior 4th skill choice...

Tackle or Mighty Blow? Oh No ... with Break Tackle he can go wherever he wants to. It makes him to the "King" of the field. If you want to cause CASs you do in three different ways: Throw as many blocks as you can, try to do it with skills or do both.
In this case "Break Tackle" would assist the last way. With "Break Tackle" he can break to the opponents line and blitz their light armoured players. The chance to cause a CAS is even higher, you don't need Mighty Blow in this case.
Tackle would be my next choice ... to do more pain on Elfs, Catchers, Gobbos and Halfs.
But if you want to get the rest them ...

I looked at the Nurgle roster before making my final decision. It's Guard. Otherwise he's going to be slapping my players down all over the place as he has a lot of Guard. I'm tired of my guys being slapped onto the pitch, I want to keep my Strength advantage.
I'll do something interesting with this Chaos Warrior if he hits 76 SPPs. Though ST5, Blodge, Guard, Stand Firm looks like a pain for most people to face.
I've got a second ST5 Chaos Warrior I can groom into doing cool stuff with. He's only at 18 SPPs as well.
