What team should I take??

The teams in the league I am playing against are wood elf, dark elf, vampire, orc, norse, and maybe a chaos dwarf team (cant get a commitment from a coach). I cant decide on what team I should use for the league to match up well with these teams. The orc team in the league does regularly field 3-4 gobbos.

My choices are: Chaos Dwarf, Skaven, Nurgle, Khemri, or Lizardmen.

Not sure what to do. Have a week or so to decide, keep going back and forth............

rats would really thrive in that league. not a terribly bashy league on the whole, so you should be able to survive ok, and you'd definitely be the fastest team.

Khemri would definietly make you the bashiest.
I think the Chaos Dwarves, though I love them, need a bit too much development to not just get left in a cloud of dust by most of the teams you would be playing.
As wesleytj already said, rats might live long enough to get good as well.

The cds should be ok

as long as you remember your best weapon is reducing their numbers by fair means or FOUL quite literally

you will out bash them all and as long as the BC's survive you can use the tried and tested 2-1 dwarven winning tactic quite successfully

Yeah Im trying to broaden my BB horizons..........I have only played orc, human, dwarf, and chaos in a league setting. Want to try something new

Lizards or Rat Scum. 2 of the best BB rosters IMO.

in your league half teams are bashy and the other half are agile teams, so think that lizard are a great choice.
with saurus and skink you can resist against bashy teams and can defend against agile teams.

The CD won the poll, but didnt up winning the war........Went the indecisive gamer route, added my old reliable orc team into the mix, and rolled at d6 and took the result...........It came up lizardmen, so thats what I am going to go with...........

4 skinks
2 RR
0 FF

hoping that with that few skinks, that the saurus and the kroxy will get most of the mvps, since looking at 1st glance the skinks will get most of the other SPPs (comp, TDs). Dont know if this is the best way to do it but I guess I will find out........
