Pass Block says the player can use normal skills during his up to 3 squares of movement. Can he Leap? Does not look to make sense, but the only thing against it: Pass Block does not mention that it is an action (called only a "special move" in the skill description), and the last words of Leap is "once per Action".
Also, Leap does not say when it can be used. I am sure it can be used at any point during the movement, but e.g. at Blitz it is specified, at Leap it is not.
About Pro: it states that once per turn the Pro can reroll a failed roll. Should not it say once per TEAM turn? Or is "per turn" intentional, and the a Pro can reroll one missed roll even in the opponent's turn?
Grab and Frenzy cannot taken by the same player????!!!! What the, what the, whaaa? Really, why? It is OK if it cannot be used together, by why not even take?
Cheers

Leap can be used with Pass Block.
Pro can be used during your opponent's turn ... for things like catching a bouncing ball, Shadowing, Tentacles, or dodging/leaping during a Pass Block.
Grab with Frenzy while argued by some would not be overpowered ... it was clearly felt by the playtesters to be a problem. So the combination was removed. When they are used together it is just too easy to push players out of bounds.
