House League Skills?
What unique skills does anyone have in the house league that is not in the LRB 5.0?

Pitch Player ... a Strength skill that lets you make a ST roll (ie AG roll using ST) with a list of modifiers to the roll that if successful allows you to use Throw Team-Mate against any opponent regardless of their size.
I also like one of the MBBL2 Mutation skills:
Stoneskin (aka Invunerable): Player's AV cannot be modified by ANYTHING (chainsaws, fouling assists, mighty blow, fireballs ... you name it ... cannot be modified)

I had heard of stoneskin before and used it as well. It reminds me of another skill called tattoos..it was like stoneskin but was a general trait that anyone could get if your armour was 8 or less. I never heard of pitch player...sounds intersting...a treeman throwing an ogre....lol.
double dauntless never caught on in my leagues. people chose other skills before that one.

We play a LRB4 based house-ruled league, and there were a couple of skills we added.
We made Hypnotic Gaze and Regen mutations (on doubles), Extra Arms, Two Heads and Spikes mutation skills (but only if you had physical access), and Frenzy also became a Strength Trait.
We added one mutation:
Centaur - the player's body mutate to have the lower half of a horse, or other 4-legged creature. Gains +1 MA, Sure Feet, Sprint, -1 AG
There was another, but I can't recall it atm, and I can't find our updated LRB to check it.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I suggest you strip Thick Skull off of all of the Big Guys if you use this.Bucket-Head wrote:It´s not a skill but:
