Because everyone and their grandmother has a separate opinion on what the team should be composed of/called. So you end up with a boat milling around in the middle of the lake, because everyone has gone and stuck their oar in a different direction. So it's not suprising people have decided enough is enough and swum for shore.
I think it's something along the lines of the discussion being so disjointed that not much good or consensus comes off it. Though, I would say this may just be because Martin might be too accommodating to non-playtested feedback. As it stands the roster on MBBL works and is pretty far down the road of development and game balancing. Maybe the attempts to make a roster from scratch are from participants who are simply unaware of that.Spencer the Rover wrote:I apologise! What was your point?fen wrote:A swing and a miss Spencer. The many different directions that Fen mentions do happen, but the fact that people who want to arbitrarily change the roster or deny it altogether miss the point of the discussion (i.e. critique Plasmoid's roster, not start from scratch or strawman it) isn't a black mark on the Brettonian roster itself, is it?
