What would you give a Chaos Warrior for third skill?
I finally got one of my Chaos Warriors to 31 SPP.
So far he has Block and AG+1
I rolled a 9 and am really confused on what to give him. I was thinking mighty blow... but with AG+1... not sure if that is going to take advantage of his high agility.
My beasties are block/guard
I have 2 CW's with Block and MB
I have one CW with Block and AV+1

No.
The new big hand doesn't do it for me on this guy. Ignoring tackle zones to pick up the ball ? Blah. This guy is ST 4 AG 4...even the weather bonus seems weak.
I guess it depends on what you want him to do.
If you want a look of surprise go for Two Heads. He'll get +1 to dodges and be dodging into a tackle zone for a 2.
That would make him harder to tie down. A great blitzer on defense or offense.
Extra Arms would give him a further +1 to ball handling duties. Though at 2+ rolls the extra one would be limited to doing things like catching or picking up in tz....
Sure Hands and or Kick Off return makes him a better ball carrier but have limmited defensive applications.
Tackle, Mighty Blow, Guard all seem like solid choices still as well.
Strong Arm is an option, but I don't know how you sit for a receiving corps. Or how often you want to long pass with a Chaos Warrior.

Thumbs up for two heads! Keeps him useful on both sides of the ball and does the best job of helping you exploit his ST4 AG4 throughout the match.Mad Jackal wrote: If you want a look of surprise go for Two Heads. He'll get +1 to dodges and be dodging into a tackle zone for a 2.

Just about anything would be good depending on how you use him.
If he's a ball carrier for you probably Sure Hands to protect against strip ball.
For a blitzer type then Two Heads, Tackle or Strip Ball.
Generalist - pro maybe? Guard is always useful and he can reposition himself easily.
Or you can just give him Mighty Blow too to reinforce the deadliness you already appear to be building into the team.

It's dull, but I'd go with Guard. Having lots of Guard is nice, but it's more important to always have it in the right place. Having it on an AG4 Warrior will help you do that.
Use beastmen to carry the ball. Use this guy to help lead the way for him.

I like using my chaos warriors as the ball carrier. It's much harder to take him down with the 4 Str and Block. You can give those Beastmen Guard, claws, block, and MB like they should have.fen wrote:Yeah, must agree. Using a Chaos Warrior as an exclusive ball carrier isn't really worth it on the Chaos team. Especially when you can get Sure Hands/Extra Arms beastmen and blaze a trail for them with the Warriors.
Guard. I'd definately take Guard.
