Ogre throw team mate with ball?

Post by Grogmir »

Hi there

Can an Ogre throw a team mate, while it (not the thrown player) is holding the ball?

Cheers

Any BG with TTM can throw a Right stuff player whilst it is holding the ball.

Only difference, a failed landing without the ball isn't a Turn Over, whilst a failed landing with the ball is.

Sorry trying to make this clear.
The OGRE is carrying the ball, can he still use his throw team mate skill?

Yes, as well as being able to catch a thrown bomb and toss it back.... Holding the ball IS NOT an impediment....

Cheers! Tatical discussion of my mates Ogre team lead to this question. He's planning on developing an Ogre to stay back and be the ball carrier, therefore he want's the rest hitting, this means that the BC can be the launcer up the pitch.

Now there's a thought. Chuck the little stunties down field, all that live can then catch a pass from the BG thrower. :-?

Interesting tactical idea. With the Ogres cruddy AG it wouldn't really matter if most of his litt'uns are peppered about the oppo's half whilst surrounded by enemy.

Natural 6 rolls anyone!

hehe, I like ttm plays, developed a really great gobbo on my orc team for them. Unfortunately he got splattered all over the pitch after a failed landing. But it's still good fun :D
