Hardly too good, it does almost nothing for Elves (who catch on a 2+ with accurate passes). So it'll only be of major use in AG3 teams that want to play a bit more of a throwing game - Humans, Amazons and Skaven spring to mind (there are others).

As for the -1 to intercept. imo that shouldn't be used, intercepts are rare enough as it is and Safe Throw does an ample job at protecting against interceptions. There doesn't need to be anything extra on top of that.

It's worse than Pass, Strong Arm, NoS and Accurate. So it's on par with Safe Throw, if it does get the -1 then it would make safe throw almost redundant, but it would still be worse than those four listed above.

Dive - pile on should allow a free armor check!
This gives a "counter skill" which the teams most needing stalling to be expensive can take advantage of.

Perfect spiral would be a great skill for dwarfs and orcs who occaisionally pass. I've had many desperate passing plays to longbeards and black orcs.

Though I'm fairly sure this isn't the right section, my group looked at PS but we rejected it as it is just too powerful and makes defending even more difficult than it already is.

I've seen PS used but with a nerf only usable up to long pass and +1 to intercept. So no long bomb-ing.

First nerf reason was that even good throwers have difficulty placing a very long pass very accurate. And all power used to throw a long bomb is now put in to better placing the ball.
Second nerf reason is that a perfect spiralling ball normally fly's lower to the ground.
The reasons advice came from some american footballer's, e.a. my nephew and a friend

Yust to clarify something before questions arise the +1 to catch is only for intended target not the interceptee

You could give Perfect Spiral both advantages, if you felt it wasn't good enough with just the catch bonus.
+1 to catch & - 1 to intercept?

Acrobat will be added.
Perfect Spiral will be added with the following exceptions: +1 to catch up to and including long passes.

Dive and Distract will not be added at this time.
