Double 6 s on a Slann Catcher

Post by Wil »

We are playing some League preseason games and are including the MBBL teams. So as a first skill I roll double sixes on a slann catcher (7247 Leap VL Legs, Diving catch)
I think the 3 str could be a waste?

Any opinions?

(also, are we supposed to be discussing advancing these teams in here?)

I never regret the ST increase on my gutter runner, a similiar situation as your catcher. I'd take it and develop him into a warcancer, block, strip ball, dodge as his next skills.

Hey I like the warcancer.  What is that? A player in the Dead Crabs Team or a Wardancer with some serious health problems who is likely to join some Rotters in the near future?

BTW: Never give up a strength increase!!!!

Never say "Never"

On ST 2 guys, almost always take the +ST.

Minor correction to that quote...

On any guys, almost always take the +ST

I can think of a few players/senarios where I wouldn't take str. Deathroller. Rather take block or tackle. Same goes for a fanatic.

Take pass and make him your team's thrower.

Skip the ST. The plan is for him not to get hit right! 8)
