Not much use with BT anymore, seeing as it doesn't stop the failed dodges anymore.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Maybe the two don't combine any more, but they both work very well on an OLB, and having both on one guy can give your opponents fits: either run his way and deal with ST4 Block Stand Firm, or go the other way and deal with ST4 Block BT.

3rd was best, I say, though it did need some cleanup.

Not used it myself so I'm going to echo advice regarding skills I have taken:

Another vote for Block and Break Tackle. You need more than one of them on a Lizard team.

Yeah, no-one is going to rise to that bait. Eveyone knows that 2nd Ed is better than 3rd.

Actually, the reality is I'm a house-rules kind of guy. If I had to pick one set of rules as-written and run it that way, it would be 5th. But the league I run (mostly due to the insistence of other players) is a very house-ruled-up 3rd ed. variant, and I think it lets me capture nicely a lot of things that one doesn't get in the new rules. Yeah, there are a lot of little patches and clarifications, and a few things (fouls, regenerate) really need help, but a 4-page errata sheet, a page of big guy rules and a homemade master team list gives me the best of both worlds.
