Stripball is a good idea! I can strip the ball on a blitz and hopefully pick it up after it bounces free!
But what could I take to make him more of an offensive player? Pro?

Ian is right, Tackle is the way to go. He becomes "elf bane". (GRs and stunties too)
Pro would be good too, for those annoying "1's" that come up when you've already used the team reroll for a dodge, catch, ball pickup or whatever.
Doubles take Dodge or even (if you feel lucky) Leap. Nobody expects a leaping Orc Blitzer!!

Yeah, and as fun a surprise as that could be, I think you'd still get more mileage out of Dodge on AG4.
Another good option on doubles with AG4 is Nerves of Steel. That way, you can use him as recovery guy. If you like the idea of a recovery guy, it's also hard to go wrong with Sure Hands, but with MB it doesn't really sing.
Hmmm... he's blocking, dodging, picking up, catching, and maybe even throwing once in awhile. He already has Block and doesn't have AG access. How about Pro? Then if you go doubles, Leap is even better. Pro also works well with Mighty Blow, as it will increase your chances of a knockdown somewhat (it's best against opponents with either Block or Dodge but not both).

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.
