Is it worth replacing any of these Injured Norse with 120k?
Hello, My Norse team has managed to amass 120k in gold. I've a pretty full team, but am carrying a few injuries, so was wondering if I should replace any of these players:
-MA Snow Troll, with MB.
-AG Ulf with Block
-AG No skill Lino
-AV, but ST4 Lino
-MA No SPPs Thrower
At the moment, I'm thinking no, as none of the injuries are too bad and I'm almost certain to get mauled in a game with AV7, so it'd be nice to have money in the bank when that happens. Although I reckon the -MA thrower should be ditched if, I had say, 200k. (although I want him more for Leader than his throwing abilities, which will just be a desperation tactic anyway). But if anyone disagrees, please say why.
Rest of the team is a MA8, Blodge Runner, a NOS Runner, 2 Blitzers (1 MB), Ulf with Block and MB, Guard Lino, Tackle Lino and a skilless Lino. Total of 13, which is maybe too few for a AV7 bash team?
Cheers.

The Snow Troll's -MA is kind of sucky. But you can live with him.
The Ulfs -AG is irrelevant, He's now a Frenzy Saurus with Block. Break Tackle would be a skill worth considering later on in his development. (Skill 3 or 4 I think)
-AG lino is great LoS Fodder. Keep him till you have a lot of spare cash.
+ST -AV Lineman is worth keeping till he loses ST or AV (Or dies).
-MA Thrower = Ditch him, you don't want him gaining SPPs as MA is an important stat for Throwers - especially as they make excellent Runners (or Dump Off runners) for Norse teams. So get rid of him asap.

If you already had 2 throwers, I'd say keep the thrower and just leave him on the bench, but since he's your only thrower, I'd say get rid of him. However, if you have a better candidate for being fired after your next game, keep the thrower and leave him on the bench. Obviously, your -1AG lino should stay on the bench as well.

To be honest, my -AG lino is perfect line fodder. He stands there, gets hit and doesn't ever really need to use his AG. In fact, if my team is missing anything at the moment, it's more line fodder. Sometimes I have to put a blitzer on the line cos he's the least valuable player to my team.
