Sevens?

I have been lurking for a while now and keep hearing about a BB variant called sevens, but everytime I follow a link I think will yeild some rules it's either dead or doesn't have what I recognize as "Sevens Rules". Am I being thick? Where can I find these rules, are they simply a subset of the LRB?

Both versions of 7's called beach bloodball, there is also streetball from Impact

I've done up a consolidated and simplified version of all the short roster variations for a Grand Minors tourney or league format. At the ArisiaBowl link below, download the tourney rules packet.

Melifaxis also used this format for the Beantown Brouhaha last week.
