If you really wanted to, you could probably do them at an extrodinary price so they would start with ,,, say 7 or 8 players for a starting team without any rerolls (and RR costing 70K
This would break all sorts of normal rules re team making (both rukes for inventing new teams and rules for buying new teams)
But if you really wanted to, they would probably never really rip through teams which matched them for team rating.
