Allowed to block Goblin Fanatic?

Am I right when I think that in LRB 4 you were not allowed to block a Goblin Fanatic (p 30) but according to LRB 5 there is nothing stopping you from blocking a Goblin Fanatic?

Apart from the fact that unless you get some assists in there (or you hit it with a Death Roller/+ST+ST Big Guy) it'll be a 2D block their favour...
Nothing stopping you.
(Blocking them works a lot of the time, especially if you have block on the player hitting them

It also means that you may attack them with stab (AV7, nice).
