Piling On

Post by Vesticle »

Can the Piling On skill be used if you rolled a "both down" result, and don't have block?

Personally, I'd say no, but I think the wording of the rules suggest that you can. If you can't, one might want to clarify it.

I've always assumed no as the Mummy is knocked down so cant pile on,although thats more common sense then what the actual rules might infer.

I think strictly by the letter of the rule you can pile on but...

I won't say what I think about players who try this on :puke:

The short answer is "no", but it is a qualified "no" because there are odd ways of interpreting the question which could justify the answer "yes".

I'd say no. You have to choose fall over to use the skill - but you already have fallen over so can't.

PO also says you don't roll armor for the person Piling On. Our league decided that letting PO'ers avoid an armor check was too powerful.

Yes, things like that inspired the invention of the "Git" hat in our league. People who displayed poor sportsmanship were nominated to wear a floppy jester hat with bells on. It only happened once or twice, but just the threat has a remarkable effect on people.

great idea there :-)

we have a coach trophy, wich at the start of a new season will be passed on from last season's holder to en new coach (new must not be in last season top 3). The reason for the new coach to receive it varies, but a reason must be stated - usualy is for good sportmanship or positiv contribute to the league/game
