Pickup rolls - bonus for ending your action with the roll

I also think it is an interesting idea. If you are going to use it, I would suggest costing the bonus at 3 sqs of MA. e.g. a dwarf runner can only move 3 sqs max AND must end their action with the pick up attempt.

Like the RR converts to an automatic success idea, however maybe add...
This is the last action a team can preform this turn So it in effect causes a turn-over.

No to the +1 on Picking up the ball, unless i can pay 3MA and get +1ST, Dark elf Blodgers with ST4 who move like a dwarf for 1 turn then run 7 the next, all with access to AG skills, my world would be complete.. :P

Bad idea as well. You are standing with the ball near my endzone. I blitz with my snotling, 3-die against. Doesn't matter, I have a reroll so succes is guaranteed that you will go down. Makes you think, not?

Hi Draco,
might be worth pointing out that the idea was about (standard) d6 rolls, so no blocking dice, scatter dice or armor/injury.

(Also, it was explicitly stated that the "auto-success" could only be used in no opposing TZs - which should pretty clearly rule out blocks)

No, cause you can´t use re-rolls out from your turn.

I like the idea of paying 3MP to get +1, but I dont see very clear the rr-succes idea...
