Juggernaut + Strip Ball

First of all, my apologies if it has been already discussed but the only thing I found about it is this topic:

As it is a topic that was written before the LRB 5.0 was official, I would like to have a confirmation of the application of this two skills together, please.

So if you have a player with Juggernaut and Strip Ball and you roll a "Both down" result on an opposing player that carries the ball, it will cause the opposing player to drop the ball, right? (unless he has sure hands, of course)
