Fully agree- if the elves need to be hitianwilliams wrote:But we are talking about elves here - and most elf teams really like reducing the total number of TZ around since it increases their ability to exploit their superior AG & MA.

With my Dark Elves I found wrestle to be a great foil when I needed to stand toe to toe for awhile, or make key holes. But Dodge was much more useful overall, as it limited the number of hits I took per turn, the number of casualties per hit, and gave me more 2 die blocks.
(although once a game or so I double 1 at the worst possible moment!)

Yeah, I tend to mix up block & dodge on HE starters. Av8 means you are reasonably tough, and being able to hit reliably saves rerolls too.
So I'd not take wrestle early on, and probably not first. On a player with dodge looking for a 2nd skill - particularly if you are light on block and tackle then wrestle is a good alternative.
A pair of dodge, wrestle, tackle linemen will be excellent defensive players, and work well with a dodge, sneaky git, dirty player
