well i have recd #15 in the post but if you think I can paint to the standard I see above....well dont go there. There is a reason I own at least one team painted by firbreather

I will do the best I can... (right, now where's Longfang's number...that'll get them talking if they think I painted it.... :D ) Only kidding.... I am going to have a go.

@Poo - fig went out on friday. Apologies for the delay. Left the dwarf in Manchester and have been down at my girflfriend's family's house for a few weeks.

@ firebreather & Shaniepoo - figs look very nice. Good work!

Cheers

Can I just turn up with the fig on the day or does it need to be posted in advance?

Cheers,
Pip :D

You can bring it along if that's easier. The same goes for anyone else who'd rather do that.

I'll try to bring some slater's letters with me to get the name on the base while we're there but if there are many to do don't be too surprised if I hand you the glue and tweezers!

Oh, and if this is the plan please can you confirm if/when the figure is painted so that I can get excited. :D

Before Game 1 - we are going to do the draw for the legacy team, to see who wins it. So, if you have painted a figure and you fancy playing with the team if you win it, then it might be worth bringing a dwarf roster and we can see the Waterbowl dwarves in action!

By the way, does anyone have any ideas for a name for the team?

'The Mancunian Underminers'?

Cheers

Looking good :D . I've managed to undercoat mine and slap some brown on his base. Tonight I think I'll hit the metals...
