Minotaur & Physical Mutations

Just need some clarification: Per the LRB Minotaur can take Physical Mutations but the only team that they play for that can also take Physical Mutations is the Chaos Warriors.

Do you allow them to take physical mutations if they are playing for the Norse for instance? Or Chaos Dwarves?

Minos can take mutations no matter who they play for.

Chaos mutate due to gifts from their foul Gods.

Skaven mutate because they chew on Warpstone and that's a side effect.

Minotaurs are mutants. They mutate because that's what they do.

They also throw team mates, despite not being allowed on a team that has players that can be thrown...

I think the Big Guy + Physical Abilities rules are silly as they stand, and should be changed to this:

Any player or Big Guy playing on a Skaven or Chaos team is allowed to choose physical abilities.

That would (IMHO) agree a lot better with the background (doesn't change anything for Skaven, but feels better for teams with minos and ogres/trolls on chaos teams)
